South Boston High and East Boston High meet for the first time in football.

South Boston beats East Boston 30-0 in at the Locust Street Playground. Arthur Mayo scores three touchdowns for the winners. The teams play again in 1914 and every year since until the COVID pandemic in 2020 as part of an annual Thanksgiving Day rivalry.
